Attention experienced cleaners, We are looking for highly motivated, detail oriented, residential cleaners!

Our residential cleaners are responsible for providing thorough, safe, efficient, and effective cleaning services using green eco-friendly products to their assigned clients. This role will consist of fieldwork at clients’ homes and must have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We currently service Minneapolis/St. Paul & the first ring of suburbs: Service Area Map .

Our residential cleaners use detailed client notes to navigate each home and space. We support our residential cleaners by partnering them up with a dedicated service manager and a team of schedulers and quality field agents all who work closely together to support both clients and cleaners. All cleaning tools and eco-friendly solutions are provided by Two Bettys and we schedule bucket exchanges every two weeks to ensure all our cleaners are always set-up for success. We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm - No nights or weekends.

We offer the following positions:

• Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum + Benefits!
• Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum (Flexible Hours, Fridays are a must)

Earn a living wage!

• We start our cleaners at $18.50 an hour. (cleaning time) 
• Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment!
• Drive time at $15 an hr. (from one clean to another clean)
• Mileage reimbursement at .66 cent per mile.
• Parking reimbursement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Tasks and responsibilities associated with this position include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner
• Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
• Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager 
• Participate in quarterly team meetings
• Visit the Refill station as scheduled (to pick up/drop off supplies)
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Attend company meetings, events, and model Two Betty company values and mission are expected

 

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
• Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
• Active Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications)
• Must pass background check.

Physical Requirements : 

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely 
• Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support
• Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations

• You can provide a one-year minimum commitment.
• You have availability to work between 25-40 hours per week.
• You can meet the physical demands of a labor-intensive job day in and day out.

• You are consistent and dependable.
• You desire to work independently but are comfortable asking for support.
• You’re great with pets (a plus, not required).
